The audience reaction card passed out to viewers of the various Blade Runner (unfinished work-print version) sneak previews.
The test audience rate the movie poorly demanding explanations of the story, why characters behave as they are and why is there a constant rain. After Denver/Dallas sneak previews (March, 1982), producers receive the first signals that the movie is probably not gonna bring commercial success as they wanted. The misunderstanding of the film and overall confusion of the audience, led producers to include the voice-over for theatrical release of the movie (June, 1982).
